Most patients see more of Rachel at Ashley House than they do the rest of the team! She usually meets and greets patients into the practice, deals with their queries personally or by phone and most patients enjoy a quick chat with Rachel when she can make time in her busy schedule.
Rachel joined Ashley House in 2012 having qualified initially as a dental nurse and she then worked in a busy general dental practice, providing chair-side assistance.
Her organisational skills and personable nature meant she very quickly moved from the Surgery to Reception and then on to Administration Manager where she deals with patients on a one to one basis.
Rachel is able to deal with most enquiries and she has earned the trust of all of the clinicians at Ashley House as they recognise that she will do everything possible to accommodate our patients.
If there are any problems or queries that Rachel does not feel she able to answer, she will always endeavour to ask the relevant clinician and get back as quickly as possible.
In her spare time Rachel also volunteers and enjoys the company of some of our more senior citizens.
