We aim to get back to you as soon as possible. However, sometimes we can be very busy and we would appreciate your patience on these occasions. Our telephone lines are manned between 09:00am to 5:00pm except Fridays when the reception closes at 3:30pm.
For new patients who are seeking specialist advice or treatment, we recommend they seek a referral from their own General Dental Practitioner in the first instance. For patients and referring dentists you can also use our quick contact form where you can submit enquiries.
Referrals can be made by letter, e-mail or by using our webform which is the most efficient method of referral.
We also have an on-call emergency service for patients registered with the Practice.
For patients with an out-of hours emergency, please call the practice on the landline and leave a message with a name, a contact telephone number and a short message regarding the nature of the emergency and the on-call dentist will call back within 24 hours.
