She also spent a period of time at St George’s Hospital, where she worked as a Head Nurse, further developing her leadership and organisational skills within a busy clinical environment.
Now the Head Nurse at Ashley House, Sushmitha plays a central role in overseeing the clinical team and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. She has a particular interest in dental surgery and is highly experienced in supporting complex procedures. Well organised and detail-oriented, she maintains exceptionally high standards across all surgeries, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a safe clinical environment at all times.
